Begin your career in electronics!  Build this kit and learn basic soldering techniques.  Learn how to solder on a state-of-the-art printed circuit board.  All electronic components are supllied, including a soldering iron and wire cutters. 

You will first practice your soldering techniques on a special area of the board.  Then you will be ready to assemble a European siren with flashing LED's and learn how the circuit works. Complete instruction manual is included.
