SHIPPING INFORMATION
We make every effort to process and ship orders within one business day!

For standard shipping, you may choose to ship your order by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping costs are a flat fee anywhere in the continental US and are based on the total price of your order as follows:

For express shipping, we offer UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2 Day Air shipping. Express shipping fees are based upon package weight and destination and will be calculated by the shopping cart during checkout.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  The cost is $11.99 for orders under $50 and $19.99 for orders over $50.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products listed on our website are in stock and ready for immediate shipment!  We don't drop ship or take back orders.  Occasionally, two orders of the same product may be placed at the same time and our shopping cart won't catch it.  If this occurs and the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you right away. 

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Einstein's Toolbox! If for any reason you are not  satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund or you may exchange it for another item in our catalog.  Returns should be made within 60 days of purchase.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective merchandise or an error on our part.  Please contact us at service@einsteinstoolbox.com to begin the return process.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We gladly accept purchase orders from schools, universities, government institutions and other organizations.  Purchase orders must be your official school form and must be signed.  Free UPS Ground Shipping applies to all orders over $100.

1. Send your purchase order to service@einsteinstoolbox.com or fax it to 330-319-6426.
2. We will fill your order and send you an invoice.  If you provide an email address, we will email you the tracking number for your order.
3. Invoice is due upon receipt.

SALES TAX
Einstein's Toolbox only collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Ohio. Ohio sales tax is 6.5%.
