Our Standard Shipping is a great value at only $3.99!  Standard shipping guarantees delivery within 2-6 days. We use a variety of carriers for our standard shipping and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your shipping address. Standard shipping is your best choice if you aren't in a hurry and don't need to specify a particular carrier.

For Express Shipping, we offer USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 3 Day and FedEx 2 Day shipping. Express shipping fees are based upon package weight and destination and will be calculated by the shopping cart during checkout. Please remember to allow an extra day for processing time.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. The cost is $12.99 for orders under $50 and $19.99 for orders over $50.Shipping to CanadaOrders to Canada will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. The costs are as follows:

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Einstein's Toolbox! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund or you may exchange it for another item in our catalog. Returns should be made within 90 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective merchandise or an error on our part. Please contact us at service@einsteinstoolbox.com to begin the return process.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We gladly accept purchase orders from schools, universities, government institutions and other organizations. Purchase orders must be on your official school form and must be signed.  Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $100. Send your purchase order to service@einsteinstoolbox.com or fax it to 330-319-6426. We will fill your order and send you an invoice. If you provide an email address, we will email you the tracking number for your order.Invoice is due upon receipt.
